Add Emergency Stop Mounting Bracket
IEC 60204-1 §10.7 requires E-stop to be within operator reach zone. Add a bracket at position (X: 340mm, Y: 120mm, Z: 95mm).
Add Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter
Missing GFCI protection on 24VDC power bus. Add IEC Type B GFCI between bus bar J3 and distribution board.
Increase Guard Panel Clearance
Current clearance of 180mm falls below the 200mm minimum. Extend guard panel by 20mm on east face.
